Choose Your Intensity Level:

Intro to Boxing

  • This class is a great way for any new member to get started, together you will go over technique while still getting a good sweat in! 

Lightweight – 30 min

  • 5 min cardio
  • 5  3-min rounds of boxing
  • 5 min cooldown

Prizefighter – 60 min

  • 15 min strength and cardio warmup
  • 8  3-min rounds of boxing
  • 12 min core and flexibility cooldown
